Yup. That's me.
I love all of those tiny bottles of lovliness.
As someone who travels for work and loves to travel for pleasure, I have collected quite the collection over the years.
From this Bliss kit on a British Airways flight to London . . .
I began by sorting everything into like piles.
Now, I can easily refill my toiletry kit and purchase whatever I am low on.
After each trip, I go through a toiletry checklist that I created (if you would like a copy, email me) and refill the kit so that when I need to travel again, it is all right there. What a time saver!!
I admit that I bring entirely too much in my toiletry kit (does one really need a face scrub and a face wash?) but I like to have choices.
I never carry on my toiletry kit. TSA would throw a fit.
What toiletries can't you live without and how do you pack such goodies?

Seems we all collect something! At least yours is useful:@)
LOL! You ARE a "travelsizejunky"!
Great job sorting through them.. now you are all set for your next journey!!
Happy monday
Oh- I save all those things too...and carry them in zip lock bags. I just went through my stash a couple of months ago and kept a few and took all the rest to way station for people that are down their luck and living from hand to mouth- They are handing out the samples to those that need them. It made me feel really good about doing that- xo Diana
I never have quite figured out what to do with all those little soaps and shampoos. I used to always bring them home but I would never use them so they ended up in the trash. Then a local agency collected them for the homeless who lived by the river. They were the perfect size for them because they were small.
WOW Carmie! I'd say an intervention was definitely needed! I have to admit though that hotel's do have wonderful sample toiletries (depending on where you stay) and I have also been known to horde a few for myself. I can see by your collection that you have a pretty nice variety on display. :)
Too funny. I admit to being cheap/frugal. I've used the shampoo to refill a bigger bottle. I use those tiny soaps in the shower. Poor hubby. The conditioner I use for shaving cream. I've kept a small stash for guests who might forget something.
These are so organized now! Great job. I did the same awhile back and gradually used most of them up. I didn't have to buy toiletries for awhile :) Now I have reclaimed that space for actually stocking up on things on sale like toothpaste. I'm a new follower & looking forward to getting to know you!
The first thing, you have done, admitted your travel size obsession. And you have put into place some good control method. What next?
Could you email me the list of toiletry checklist? Everytime I go on a trip it is a mad scramble at the last minute trying to get everything ready to go. Thanks.

Love your post! I like to collect little things too. Nothing like your collection though. I don't travel enough, like hardly ever. :( Found you at Make the Scene Monday.
I pass on a lot of mine to the women at work who have little kids. They love getting them!
Oh my goodness! You should meet my husband. He can't leave a hotel room without grabbing every travel size shampoo or soap in site! I have a tub full of them stashed in our basement.
