I found one from my Better Homes and Gardens Anyone Can Cook cookbook.
The ingredients:
The changes I made to the recipe are as follows:1 - I used frozen spinach in place of fresh.
2 - I used Pecorino Romano cheese in place of Parmesan.
Very easy to make, these mushrooms were delicious but next time, I will make them a bit spicier. I like my spice.
As for the cookbook, definitely a keeper. I love how it is a 3-ring binder so you can easily pull out the recipe you want to use.

I've not made stuffed mushrooms, for some reason I had not thought to try it and why, your recipe is so doable.

I'm not a mushroom fan so I don't use them I usually omit them! HA
The ingredients for this recipe sound good...I wonder if you could stuff say peppers with this?

Wow these do look good - even for a mushroom-hater. Peppers do sound like a good replacement. I didn't even know you could buy frozen spinach! Thanks for the recipe - especially the pictures.
