Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Lentil Soup

I love lentils and I love my slow cooker.

Here is a recipe that I made using both.

Easy peasey and whoa, the fiber! Drink plenty of water.

I omitted the Canadian bacon. I didn't really feel the recipe needed it. Maybe next time, I will include a can of diced tomatoes.

This recipe looks so good! I love lentils. I remember making lentil soup once and the soup had a purple look to it? I never figured out why that happened. It was really delicious but purple looking? LOL
