Why, Chicken Pot Pie of course!
Mind you, I have never made chicken pot pie. I have always found it too daunting to make.
I don't remember my mom ever making it when I was growing up; maybe a TV dinner or two. It wasn't something on an Italian mom's repertoire.
That all changed when I found this recipe on the Pillsbury website. And, I had all of the ingredients!
I really need to get one of those pie crust thingys rather than use aluminum foil. Does anyone know where I could get one?
This really was delicious.
In addition to the recipe's ingredients, I added some Old Bay Seasoning since I thought it would be bland without a little sumthin' sumthin'.
Now, I can officially say that I can make me some Chicken Pot Pie!
