I've been slacking these last few weeks with posting about my Cookbook Challenge. But, I'm baaack.
This week, I cooked from the
Pillsbury Complete Cookbook.

This book is a handy tool to have in the kitchen. Some photos are included. There are basic recipes such as hard-boiled eggs and more complex recipes. I love the 3-ring binder format.
I chose to make this recipe.

I doubled the ingredients since I had two pork loins on hand.

Before.

After.

Very easy to make, this dish was okay.
That being said, I will most certainly be referring back to this cookbook for more recipes.

Just ok? It sounds like it should have been tasty! Might be better on the grill than in the oven. Glad to see you're using the cookbooks again:@)
