The Dinner Doctor by Anne Byrn Cookbook Review

I love this cookbook, The Dinner Doctor by Anne Byrn.Taking ingredients that you usually have in your pantry, this week I made one of my favorite recipes - Aromatic Mushroom Galette. Here are the ingredients.
Some adjustments I made were Pecorino Romano in place of Parmesan and I did not use parsley or salt.

Making a five-point star, place all of the mixed ingredients in the center and close the galette. So delicious and so easy. Can't wait to make this recipe again and will certainly make more recipes from this cookbook.

That looks sooooo good, Carmie! I love mushrooms. I've got to look for gluten free biscuits like these, I'd love to try this!

Sorry to ask to stupid question Carmie, but how are the crescent rolls arranged to get the star tips? One point for each roll in the center? Does it look kinda like a star burst mirror? About how big is the mushrooms pile before pulling the other ends over it? It looks divine and easy (especially if we use her "tip" to use pesto).

So delicious looking! I like this recipe! I have used Anne Byrn's Cake cookbook but hadn't heard of the dinner version. I will look for it at my local library :)

Really nice stopping by to visit with you!
Kindly, Lorraine
