I was hesitant about cooking a recipe from Better Homes and Gardens Pasta Cooking for Today cookbook as I did not like the last BHG cookbook I cooked from.All about pasta, this cookbook is broken down into sections such as saucy favorites, side dish, salads . . . I chose this recipe in the from the oven section.Here are the ingredients I used.I replaced parmigiana with pecorino.I'd say my version looks pretty close to the original.This was just okay for me which is surprising because this I-talian hasn't really had a bad pasta experience.
I like a bit more spice in my dishes so this recipe could've used some hot red pepper flakes.
I will definitely cook some other recipes from this cookbook. Maybe just not this one.
