I am continuing with my Cookbook Challenge and making a new recipe from each of my cookbooks.
This week, I chose I'll Cook When Pigs Fly . . . and they do in Cincinnati.
I am not sure why I purchased this cookbook. I don't like cookbooks without photos and I am not from Cincinnati and have never been to Ohio.
I chose this recipe. I haven't made Meat Loaf in years.
Here are the ingredients I used.
Meat Loaf before -
Meat Loaf after -
Meat Loaf on my plate - love the crusty end.
I also made my favorite rice to accompany my meatloaf.
Yeah Cincinnati!

That is funny that you would buy a cookbook & not have any reason why. Maybe you just liked the title. Glad the meatloaf tasted good. I love meatloaf. Maybe I'll have to make it this week sometime. Thanks for stopping by my blog & leaving a comment.
The meatloaf looks and sounds great! Don't know why but for some reason I'm drawn to that cookbook too:@)
It's sad that no one in my house loves meatloaf except me so this is why I never fix it...but I think I am going to try and make mini loafs and just tell them it is hamburgers without the bun...This looks so yummy!
I like this recipe and I am always looking for different ways to make meatloaf...I will def have to try this version. Thanks for sharing.
I love meatloaf and especially the crusty end! :) I will definitely try this recipe too. I am a single nester whose nestling has flown away and enjoy pretty much every minute of it. Thanks for sharing - from your newest follower,
