Ditch the Blog Snowflakes (pretty please)

Dear Fellow Bloggers,

I enjoy making my blog look all pretty and festive.

I enjoy looking at pretty and festive blogs.

However, when I attempt to read blogs with falling snowflakes, I want to throw my laptop across the room.

Maybe you don't know this but . . .

Snowflakes make viewing your blog a verrrrrrry slow endeavor.

Snowflakes make my computer freeze.

Snowflakes are supposed to be frozen but not on my computer screen.

Snowflakes make me never want to return to your blog.

So, pretty please.

Save the snowflakes for the great outdoors.

Sincerely,
The Single Nester

Thats a shame, I get a lot of compliments on my snowflakes! :) But mine are set to stop after a few seconds.

Plus they make me smile because my great outdoors consists of palm trees all year long. :)

Guess what?....this happens to me also!...wonder if we're the only ones?..every time I go on a blog with these beauties(and it is pretty) my computer freezes(must be the snow)....FOR REAL!

My old computer used to slow down with these and I don't have that problem now but I still don't like them. I'm really not a fan of the music either. While I'm trying to read, it distracts me.

I completely agree! The snowflakes are really distracting - I'm not a fan. I agree with Dixie Mom about music on blogs too.

I have somehow avoided snowflakes, but I feel this way about music. Sorry music people :(

I don't like the snowflakes either. In fact, I immediately leave a blog with falling snowflakes. I also don't like flashing characters and such and don't read those blogs either.
