Honeysuckle is great I think for using as an accent, but it's a little dense or something...reminds me of pepto-bismol. Have a great day, Carmie. ~Blessings, Janet
I too love it in small doses.. but love the color. As for last years Turqoise???? I have my bedroom in a shade of it called Spaqua!!!! I did a post on all the fall color forecasts from Pantone and will be doing one soon on their spring forecasts. :o)
Guess I'm in vogue as I picked up a dozen pink roses because I was craving some "inside" color. Although, I really do love aqua. And your header is so cool, I guess I haven't visited here in a while to see it. Also, love love your butterfly artwork! ~Lili
The thing I don't like about any color of the year is that EVERYONE wants it jsut to be "in style" so it's all you see in the stores and in everyone's home.
I don't want to look like everyone else. I don't want my home to be a cookie cutter of what everyone else does. I want to be me.
I hate turquoise. But I love that you love it, Carnie, because every time I pop on your blog I see stuff that is so unique. And it keeps me motivated to be unique.

I like pink, but don't do much decorating with it, I do like to wear it though. I love last years, I have some of that yummy color around my house! :)

Much prefer the turquoise. I could see small touches of the honeysuckle, even with the turquoise.

I have to say- I love the way the two colors look together! I would love to use both colors in the same room...

I'm still trying to figure out why Honeysuckle isn't yellow, and is instead pink? Maybe there are pink honeysuckles.... in other places. :)
