Radio City Christmas Spectacular and Martha Stewart

Continuing on my excursion in Manhattan, I have finally arrived at why I am in the city in the first place - The Radio City Christmas Spectacular!!
I am like a little kid all over again at this show. I saw the show when I was a wee little girl and after several years (several) of not going, I have gone the last few years on the same day and sit in the same seat - 20 rows from the stage.

I purchase half-price tickets in August/September. My Orchestra seat costs $49 plus the lovely "convenience charge" of $12.95.

Let's go on a little tour before the big show.

Upper Lobby Lower Lobby Martha Stewart, or more accurately, the people who work at Martha Stewart decorated the lobby with trees and ornaments.

I really want this Rockettes spinning ornament and . . .

. . . this light up spinning thingy.How old am I? When you walk into the theatre, this is what you see. It really is awe-inspiring. Just huge. Here is the program with the special 3-D glasses for one act of the show. While waiting for Santa and the Rockettes to arrive, two organists entertain you . . . . . . as does the terrific orchestra.
