Using a $2.99 frame and a $.69 Christmas bag from The Christmas Tree Shops, I came up with this.
Easy and thrifty and turquoise and white of course.
The seashell was given to me during a grief seminar at my local church and the glittered Eiffel Tower ornament was purchased this week at Pier 1.
