Anthropologie at Rockefeller Center

Continuing along on my jaunt to Manhattan, I stopped by the Anthropologie store at Rockefeller Center. The store is in a great location - right across from the Christmas tree (which was still in scaffolding awaiting its big reveal) and ice rink.Considering the size and beauty of this particular Anthropologie store, I was disappointed with its Christmas windows. Boring.
Basically, all of their products were displayed in wooden boxes.
Here is the inside of this two-level store.
Ornaments. Rather expensive ornaments.
Gorgeous drawer pulls. I was in drawer pull heaven!
Feather Christmas trees seem to be all the rage this season. I will be making my own after seeing the price tags. Michaels, here I come. Monogrammed mugs.
Stay tuned for more from my little jaunt.

when people would stop Christmas shopping
when they ran out of money."

This makes me want to jump in the car and head to the nearest store. Thanks for the reminder, I've not been there yet this season.

Thanks so much for sharing that. I am a psychotic Antro adddict. I ONLY buy stuff when it is on sale though. Their displays are always to die for. This one you have shown at Rockefeller Center is one of the best I have seen...

Take care,

An Anthropologie just opened up close to my house but I've been purposefully avoiding it...I can't afford to even window shop in there! Thanks for giving us a sneak peek!

Saw you at Backyard Eden!

Fellow drawer pull addict checking in here! Just a sidenote, my two favorite words in the world (next to ON SALE) are architectual salvage. I have found gorgeous and unique hardware from old building demolitions. Some can be pricey, but the heritage and originality are worth it.

OOO- love this-- I feel like I went too! LOVE Anthro--just can't seem to get that look in my own home without it looking all cluttered and tacky. Wish I could crack the code. Thanks for the great pics!

Thanks for the preview of Anthro! I haven't gotten there yet for the holiday season..I've been waiting for the tree to be lit.

PS: I fully understand your reasons for not decorating this year...Hugs... Simple is good!
